Four in 10 Brits say self-care is a ‘luxury they can’t afford
According to a new poll, the busy lives of Brits mean they’re scrimping on self-care, devoting a measly average of just 40 minutes daily to personal wellbeing.
A survey of 2,000 UK adults uncovered that nearly half (44%) reckon they don’t make enough time for activities that improve their physical and mental health – whether it’s smashing out a workout or vegging out with their go-to telly show.
