Why Abundance?
Those with an abundant mentality believe there is plenty of everything in the world from resources, love, relationships, wealth and opportunities. They believe they can afford what they want in life and say exactly that : ‘I can afford that…’
Ways to Attract Abundance in Your Life
- Begin with gratitude
- Dream it
- Alter your mindset
- Construct an empowering reality
- Stop making excuses
- Realize your potential
- Attract opportunity
- Commit to living your dreams
To have an abundance of something is to have more than you need. It’s often used to describe positive qualities, such as “an abundance of love.” Abundance is the opposite of scarcity. An abundance of wealth is a ton of cash.
Tips for Manifesting Abundance:
- Be a vibrational match. Science and quantum physics backs manifestation.
- Embody who you want to be. Imagine that you could reach out and grab whatever version of who you want to be and bring it into your body so you ARE who you want to be.
- Surrender and release.
- Receive and stay open.
The Energy of Abundance is a fresh, insightful, and often humorous view of life, spirituality, and the creative process. It explains in accessible language the “energy game,” and how each of us can play it to invite more happiness, love, and abundance into our lives.
Loving and kindness
Be kind to your wandering mind mind-body wellness
Many research studies have shown that meditation helps in improving one’s mental and physical health, increases our empathy or kindness levels, boosts our problem solving and decision making skills, reduces stress levels and increases focus.
Combining music with meditation can deepen the positive effects of both, and bring you greater stress relief. As an added bonus, for many people who are beginners to meditation, or who are perfectionists, music meditation can feel simpler and more instantly relaxing than other forms of practice.Se
Mindfulness means maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment, through a gentle, nurturing lens.
Some examples include:
- Pay attention. It’s hard to slow down and notice things in a busy world.
- Live in the moment. Try to intentionally bring an open, accepting and discerning attention to everything you do.
- Accept yourself.
- Treat yourself the way you would treat a good friend.Focus on your breathing.
Practicing on your own is great, but there’s nothing like a good teacher and a community to support your practice. Just as listening to a teacher can help you stay focused when the mind wanders, finding a group to practice with can help make meditation part of your routine.
